Therapy Fees and Investment | Out-of-Network Therapist in California.
You may already think in terms of return on investment, so let’s be honest about this one. Staying stuck isn’t free; it just doesn’t show up as a line item. It’s the promotion you hesitate to chase, the exhaustion your relationships absorb, the 11 pm decisions that cost more than therapy would have.
How much does therapy cost?
I don’t post a flat rate, because fit matters more than a fast answer. That’s worth a real conversation, not a number on a page. On our free consultation call, we’ll talk through your situation and the actual investment, with no pressure to commit on the spot. Session fees are shared during your consultation call.
This might be the first thing you do for you, not for your team, your family, or your inbox. That’s reason enough to call.
How does payment work?
Full payment is due at the time of each session, via a credit card kept securely on file.
Do you accept insurance? (Out-of-network therapy and reimbursement)
I’m an out-of-network therapist and don’t accept insurance directly. However, your plan may include out-of-network benefits that reimburse you for part of the cost of our sessions. To find out what your plan covers, contact your insurance provider. If you’d like to request reimbursement, I’ll give you a monthly Superbill to submit to your insurer. Reimbursement from insurance providers is not guaranteed, and I will not have direct interaction with your insurance provider.
There is no charge for the initial 15-minute consultation.
